What is Oxygen Health & Fitness?

Every 3 Months we do something called Testing Week where we challenge ourselves at a range of Strength & Conditioning skills. This Fit Chick Challenge is your opportunity to see what we're all about.

What is Fit Chicks?
Fit Chicks Club is our signature female Membership at Oxygen Health & Fitness. Over the course of your Membership we overhaul your approach to exercise & fat loss by coaching you at a range of strength & conditioning skills. This is not some cheap, hardly used 24 Hour Gym Membership where you have to figure it all out on your own, this is working with a Coach & Group of other motivated women every Session to become a legitimate Fit Chick. You will shift your focus from what YOU weigh, to what the barbell weighs. We'll also teach you Precision Nutrition to improve health, performance & body composition. QWe know that if you focus on improving your performance, your physique will follow. 

So what is the Fit Chick Challenge then?
You'll kick off with a Testing Week to see how you go at a range of Strength & Conditioning skills. Then you'll have just under 3 Months to prove yourself before the next Testing Week. How much you Pay and how hard you have to push yourself depends on your Goals, Motivation & Commitment Level. There are different Targets to aim for based on your Fitness Level. To keep you accountable, there's some tough Fitness Penalties if you don't meet at least half of the Targets you sign up for.

Every workout session is led by an experienced, certified Coach and is designed to be fun, supportive and challenging, while building strength & burning fat, in minimum time. Personalization is key to getting the best possible results, which is why our workout programs are modified to fit your goals and individual fitness level. One of the first things we'll do is assess your current ability at a range of tasks to find the right recipe of exercises just for you.
